1) Who we are

We are the data controller for personal data collected via our website and when you purchase products and services from us.

2) What we collect

A) E-commerce (all orders)

• Name, billing/delivery address, email, phone
• Order details and payment reference (processed by our payment provider)

B) HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) orders only

• We do not collect your health form or handle your hair sample.
• We do receive the laboratory report (PDF) from Mineral Check Ltd so that we can securely deliver it to you. That report contains limited health information.

You may withdraw consent for HTMA report handling at any time by emailing privacy@theconsciousparent.co.uk (this may stop us from delivering the report).

4) Who we share data with

• Mineral Check Ltd (UK) – ships your HTMA kit and sends us your report.
• Microsoft 365 / OneDrive / Exchange Online – secure email and file storage (our processor).
• Payment providers – to process your transaction.
• We do not sell your personal data.

Please note:

• Mineral Check send your test kit to Trace Elements Inc (USA) – laboratory analysis via Mineral Check (we do not share any of your data with Trace Elements, this is Mineral Check Ltd).

5) International transfers

HTMA sample data is transferred by Mineral Check to Trace Elements Inc (USA) under appropriate safeguards (e.g., UK IDTA). We receive the finished report from Mineral Check within the UK.

6) How long we keep data

7) Security

• Microsoft 365 (encryption at rest/in transit), MFA, restricted access (3–4 staff)
• Reports delivered via password-protected, time-limited OneDrive links
• Internal deletion log maintained

• Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.
