HTMA Delivery Information

Your Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) kit is sent by APC courier using a Next Working Day delivery service to most UK addresses.

Delivery charges vary depending on your location, as APC applies additional charges to some remote areas, islands and specific UK postcodes. Your correct delivery charge will be calculated automatically at checkout using your delivery postcode.

You don’t need to work it out yourself. Simply enter your delivery address at checkout and the appropriate delivery charge will be calculated automatically from your postcode.

Please note that Next Working Day refers to the courier service once your order has been dispatched, rather than a guarantee that an order placed today will arrive tomorrow. Delivery times to remote areas and islands may be longer.

These delivery times relate to your HTMA kit being sent to you and are separate from the laboratory turnaround time once your completed hair sample has been returned for analysis.

THE CONSCIOUS PARENT PRODUCTS:

£3.95 for all standard product orders to be shipped to England, Wales or Scotland (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands).

£9.00 on selected blueair products- next day delivery (if ordered before 12.00 noon Mon-Fri)- DPD courier tracked.
£11.90 for product orders shipped to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
£16.20 for product orders shipped to the Scottish Islands, the Channel Isles, the Isle of Man or the Scilly Isles.
£7.50 for product orders shipped to The Isle of Wight

Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched the following Monday (unless a Bank Holiday).

Returns Policy

At The Conscious Parent, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, we’re here to help. If you wish to return any items, please email us at info@cairntechnology.com or call us on 0333 015 4345. 

HTMA Kit Returns & Use

Physical HTMA kits may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the kit is unused and in its original condition.

HTMA kits should be used within 120 days from date of purchase. We recommend completing your test as soon as feels practical, rather than storing your kit for an extended period.

Once a kit has been used or a hair sample has been submitted for analysis, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Returning Unopened Items 

You have the right to return most items purchased from us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. You will need to provide us with your invoice/receipt/order number. We are unable to offer exchanges.  

Buyers are responsible for the return postage of unwanted items. The cost of returning the product is not subject to a refund. Please keep your postage receipt and we advise using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held liable for the loss of any parcel on its return journey to The Conscious Parent Company.

Hygiene Products 

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of nappies or other similar products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately.
