We will refund the cost of the items returned plus the return postage costs for any incorrect or damaged items once the item has been received at our warehouse – please keep your postage receipt.
We would advise using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held liable for the loss of any parcel on its return journey to The Conscious Parent Company.
If the item is an unwanted item we will not refund any postage fees.

There is a £20 charge for this collection service that will need to be paid at the time of booking the collection. This fee will be refunded once the item has been received by us if your item is damaged or if you have received the wrong product.

You will get FREE DELIVERY on any orders of jumbo nappy bundles or Bulk Pack Training Pant bundles. For other orders the following delivery charges will apply:
£1.50 for orders to be shipped to England, Wales or Scotland (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands)
£11.90 for orders shipped to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
£16.20 for orders shipped to the Scottish Islands, the Channel Isles, the Isle of Man or the Scilly Isles.
£7.50 for orders shipped to The Isle of Wight
We do not supply Bambo Nature products outside of the United Kingdom.
We use UK Mail for our deliveries. When you place your first order with us, we will ask you to enter your email address or mobile phone number, which our courier may then use to update you regarding delivery of your order.
If you are based in England, Wales or Scotland (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands), so long as you order by 2pm from Monday to Friday, you should receive your order within 3-5 working days. Deliveries are Monday to Friday.
In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order to you, we will contact you immediately to inform you of a revised delivery date.
