Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis – Retest and Comparison (HTMA)

£90.00

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) Retest & Results Comparison

The Conscious Parent HTMA Retest allows you to compare new results with your previous test, helping you see how your mineral balance and heavy metal patterns are changing over time. This gentle, non-invasive follow-up test is suitable for both adults and children and provides valuable insight into ongoing nutritional status, stress adaptation, and detox capacity.

Please note: If your order includes tests for multiple people, results for all individual tests will be sent to the email address listed on the confirmation email. If you’d like the results sent to a different email, please contact us from the email address used for the order to confirm.

add-on (optional)
The standard HTMA test does not include boron or antimony. If you’d like either included (optional), you can add it here.

  • Boron is a trace mineral that can be relevant in certain contexts, such as targeted bone health questions or when you’re looking more closely at calcium metabolism.
  • Antimony is a trace element that isn’t required by the body and is most commonly associated with modern indoor environments and manufactured materials. Some people choose to include it if they spend a lot of time indoors, live in newer or heavily furnished homes, work with treated materials, or want a broader picture of possible environmental influences.

HTMA Retest helps you see how your mineral balance is changing over time. Whether for yourself or your child, it’s a simple, non-invasive way to track how your body is adapting, detoxifying, and rebuilding resilience.

Track Progress and Change

Your first HTMA gave you a starting point  a snapshot of how your body was managing energy, stress, and minerals.
The retest shows the direction of change.

Monitor Mineral Shifts:
See whether minerals like calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium are returning to balance or still showing signs of stress adaptation.

Heavy Metal Movement:
Observe whether stored metals such as lead, mercury, cadmium, or aluminium are shifting sometimes rising as the body releases what was previously stored, or decreasing as levels normalise over time. These patterns can show how your system is processing and adapting, rather than staying stagnant.

Refine Your Support:
Use new data to update nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle strategies in line with your current biochemistry.

Stay Grounded in Evidence:
A retest replaces guesswork with insight — showing you what’s improving, what’s stable, and what needs more attention.

Especially Important for Children

Children grow and change rapidly, using and depleting minerals faster than adults. Their nervous, skeletal, and immune systems depend on steady mineral availability — and those patterns can shift within months.

HTMA retesting helps parents:

  • Track developmental changes and nutritional needs
  • Monitor calming minerals like magnesium and zinc
  • Detect early signs of imbalance or environmental exposure
  • Adjust food and lifestyle support with confidence

Because six months in a child’s body represents a major phase of growth, retesting provides reassurance that their terrain is adapting as it should.

Included

  • Graph results and mineral ratios
  • One comprehensive HTMA report with interpretation notes
  • Previous test results also displayed
  • Overview of metabolic type and related nutrient patterns
  • Tailored dietary and lifestyle recommendations based on age, sex, and mineral trends

Please note: Each test must be purchased separately and named for the person the test is intended for.
If ordering for multiple people, please complete separate purchases with a unique contact email for each.

The Science Explained

Each HTMA retest measures the same 35 elements as your original test — including essential minerals and trace metals such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, selenium, lead, mercury, cadmium, and aluminium.

Once your new hair sample is received, it’s digested and analysed using advanced spectrometry to reveal updated mineral ratios and toxic metal trends.
Comparing these results with your previous test highlights how your body’s chemistry is evolving — giving tangible insight into healing and adaptation.
